The Stibnite Advisory Council gives communities a seat at the table with Midas Gold and the opportunity to help shape the Stibnite Gold Project. The council meets monthly to discuss the impacts, concerns and opportunities surrounding the project. The Stibnite Advisory Council is comprised of appointed representatives from eight communities near the project site and Midas Gold. Here is a summary of what was discussed during the April 11, 2019 Stibnite Advisory Council meeting:

- Representatives shared ideas on communicating with their communities. Some ideas are:
- Community Newsletter
- City Council Meetings
- Midas Gold Office Hours
- Chamber of Commerce
- Schools and Civic Groups
- Midas Gold will prepare a high-level presentation on any topic as requested by the Stibnite Advisory Council.
- Working group updates included:
- Environmental working group prepared a list of questions for Midas Gold.
- Supporting industry working group involved in regional discussions on broadband andelectric vehicle charging stations throughout the region.
- Stibnite Advisory Council tour of Stibnite project site is scheduled for July 11th. Meeting will be held from 1:30 – 2:30 @ The Corner restaurant in Yellow Pine (instead of the regularly scheduled meeting in Donnelly).
- Google Drive will be used as the document repository and email accounts created that are transferrable to future community representatives.
- Stibnite Advisory Council will create a website for public access to information.
