Throughout 2017, as we celebrate Valley County’s centennial, we will be taking a look back at the history of the Stibnite Gold Project site on our blog.
So much has happened over the last 100 years at the site. Many different miners came through the area and its operators switched hands several times over the years. But miners weren’t the only people who lived at the site. Families, teachers, wives, nurses and dozens of children have all called Stibnite home.
This week, we wanted to share a few of our favorite historical photos to give you a small snapshot of who has called Stibnite home.
