As President and Chief Executive Officer, Jon Cherry leads Perpetua Resources as the Stibnite Gold Project advances toward development and operations. He brings more than 37 years of mining industry experience, including serving as Chairman, President and CEO of PolyMet Mining and holding environmental and government affairs leadership roles at Rio Tinto. Jon is a licensed Professional Environmental Engineer and serves on the boards of Highland Copper Co. and the Montana Tech University Foundation.

As Chief Financial Officer, Mark Murchison oversees Perpetua’s financial strategy, capital planning, and project financing. He brings more than 25 years of mining and metals experience, including executive financial leadership roles with U.S. Vanadium, Alacer Gold, and Rio Tinto. His expertise spans capital allocation, project finance, and the delivery of large-scale mining projects.

As Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Perpetua Resources, Greg Fontaine leads the company’s legal strategy, providing counsel on regulatory and commercial matters, permitting and litigation, and corporate governance. He brings more than 30 years of legal experience, including over 15 years advising mining companies through all stages of project development. Prior to joining Perpetua, Greg was a partner at Husch Blackwell, Stoel Rives, and Dorsey & Whitney.

As Senior Vice President of Technical Services, Tim Kahl provides strategic oversight for technical services and operational readiness for the Stibnite Gold Project. He brings more than 30 years of experience in mining operations, processing, construction, and commissioning across North and South America, including senior leadership roles with Newmont’s Peñasquito operation and Barrick’s Pueblo Viejo mine.

As Vice President of External Affairs, Mckinsey Lyon directs government relations, communications, stakeholder engagement, and social license efforts for the Stibnite Gold Project. She joined Perpetua in 2017 after advising the Company for six years as a public affairs consultant and previously was a partner at Gallatin Public Affairs. A fifth-generation Idahoan, she brings extensive experience navigating complex public policy and communications issues.

As Senior Vice President of Project Delivery, Jim Norine oversees engineering, procurement, and construction for the Stibnite Gold Project. With more than 26 years of experience delivering large-scale mining projects, he previously held senior leadership roles with Hatch, Ausenco, Sundt Construction, and M3 Engineering. Jim is a licensed Professional Engineer in Idaho.

As Vice President of Environment, Health & Safety, Kyle Fend builds upon his experience with the company and more than two decades in the EOH&S and mining industry to advance the Project through construction and into production related to permitting, and EH&S compliance. He joined the company in 2013 after a stint managing an Idaho exploration project and working for majors Freeport McMoRan and Cameco Resources performing permitting, compliance and operational readiness.

As Vice President of Investor Relations, Joe Fazzini manages engagement with institutional and retail investors while supporting Perpetua’s capital markets strategy. He brings more than 18 years of experience in institutional equity sales, mining equity research, and executive leadership with mineral development companies across the Americas.

As Vice President of Human Resources, Dustin Rissmiller leads Perpetua’s talent strategy and organizational growth as the Company expands into construction and operations. He brings extensive experience building high-performing teams across mining and energy projects in domestic and international settings, with expertise in workforce development and talent acquisition.

As Vice President of Finance, Ryan Vogt leads financial planning, accounting, compliance, and strategic financial initiatives for Perpetua. He has more than 25 years of finance and accounting experience, including serving as Corporate Controller and Executive Officer at PolyMet Mining. Ryan is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Northern Iowa.
